Is a Woman’s Voice Part of Her Awrah?

Question:

Wa alaykum salam wa rahmatuLlahi wa barakatuHu,

A woman’s voice is not part of her ‘awrah [nakedness]. (Sharh al-Muhadhdhab v. 3, p. 390)
